Protecting your private information is our priority. In order to provide you with products ,we may collect personal information such as first and last name, mailing address, email address. If you purchase Malkah Areli LLC products, we collect billing information. We do not store any billing information. This information is used only to complete the purchase transaction. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We will use your information for communication with you regarding our products/services.
We do not sell, rent or lease your information to the third party. Malkah Areli LLC collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns of used or open product right now. But we will gladly replace 100% of any lost or damaged product for a new product. New product will be replaced within 3 days of reporting a problem to us. Lost or damaged product has to be reported within 60 days of purchase. In case of lost or damaged product we will need documentation/ picture of damaged product (proof). Our shipping is free and with tracking information provided by an e-mail. We strongly encourage our customers to check tracking information to see when to expect your package. Unfortunately, we do see cases of stolen or lost packages on some occasion.
